The accused declined to plead due to the court’s lack of jurisdiction.
The State Attorney Caroline Mpumwire requested a later date for mention as investigations are still ongoing.
The magistrate instructed the accused individuals to seek bail at the High Court if they desire.
They were remanded until April 11, 2024, for further proceedings.
The prosecution claims that on February 25, 2024, at Kikandwa Lungujja Rubaga Division in the Kampala district, the accused individuals and others intentionally and unlawfully caused the death of Eng. Bbosa.
