American Leadership Class Association US in conjunction with California State University of Northridge have designed leadership courses to help leaders effectively navigate the challenges of significant organizational disruption.
Participants for this course discover and understand various perspectives that can drastically improve a leader’s response to events that threaten an organisation’s survival. This leadership course helps to improve individual and developing organisation resilience.

Dr. Nkonge said learning is a continuous process that our leaders should embrace, especially those aspiring for political positions. Nkonge said they should not only look at being voted into leadership positions yet they do not have leadership skills to create development.
She alluded that the leadership course was online where you can access a lot of references unlike the past when she did her doctorate. This course is a virtual course that shapes leaders with skill.

“The UAE is a desert country where our children go to work because of their good leadership. These countries have exactly what Uganda has, including a better environment yet many of our youth like to go to work in those countries,” he said.
He said leadership courses should be embraced since they are not common in the country.
In ten years to come, the leadership skills program will wipe out the habit of selling off valuable land in exchange for air tickets to go and work in desert land as slaves instead of using the skills to improve their wellbeing, he said.
