President of Tanzania Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan has today February 1, 2024 donated 1 billion shillings to treat 20 children with Sickle Cell disease
. The donation is geared towards Government commitment in improving health services and ensuring access to treatment for people with special diseases.
Dr. Samia who was a campaigned by Ummy Mwalimu, the Minister of Health made the donation during visit at Benjamin Mkapa Hospital in Dodoma
