The Lord Mayor who identified Ntambi as a former leader at Natete Market, expressed his disappointment with the impunity and manner in which the central government is disrespectful handling Citizens, with institutions petitioned being non responsive, yet hundreds of residents property was destroyed during the attempt to forcefully evict them rendering them destitute and internally displaced persons in their Country.
He promised to follow up the matter to its logical conclusion.
The Nakawa West MP assured residents to remain firm since they are lawful on the Land and the Police management has so far failed to prove ownership of the said land and instead resorted to underhand methods of work.
