President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has today October 16, 2023 met with the (CEO) and Managing Director of Rowad Capital Commercial LLC (RCC) group, Chaher Al Taki to discuss the potential opportunities within the Country.
RCC is a leading global engineering and construction contractor established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
The group also specializes in the provision of Advisory and Consulting Services in the Middle East and Africa.
Chaher informed President Museveni of his group’s interest to invest in various sectors that include among others oil and gas as well as telecommunications.
President Museveni expressed Uganda’s readiness to work with the group so that both parties benefit economically.
The meeting that took place at State House Entebbe was also attended by Matia Kasaija, the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and Evelyn Anite, the Minister of State for Investment and Privatization,
Others were the Chairperson of Tumaini African Knowledge Center (TAKC), Ambassador Rosa Malango and TAKC board member, Ms. Rose Birungi.
